Primula elatior or Oxlip is native to the UK. It is well known as one of the first wildflowers to bloom in the spring and can be seen growing in hedgerows, woodlands and wild meadows. This laced variety has beautiful dark blue-purple flowers with a thin white line around the edge of the petals and a yellow centre.
