The woodland Forget me not flowers from March - June and the blooms are synonymous with both love and remembrance. One of the nation's favourites, the tiny flowers grow in clusters on the stems and are one of the first blooms to appear in spring. This cultivated edible Forget me not has lilac flowers, dark slender stems with tiny pale purple flowers at the top and small seed pods along the stalk. Tall elegant stems make them great for using in wildflower designs.
