RETURNS

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a no quibble guarantee on all our products - you have 30 days to return any purchase for a full refund - for whatever reason. Items returned must be returned in unused condition. When returning products because of a change of mind, only the value of the products returned will be refunded, any additional postage paid will not unless the items returned have been sent incorrectly or are faulty. Please Contact us first, if there's a problem we like to know about it so we can ensure that it does not happen again. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return confirmation email with an attached shipping label free of charge. This will need to be downloaded and printed by yourself. When returning items, please remember to include a copy of your invoice or order number so we can identify your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Once issued, this can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
